Is it market for diesel (Ecoinvent database Unit processes) enough for defining WTT phase of diesel?

I had to make an LCA analysis of diesel fuel. 1st step was to make WTT process so I took marke for diesel because at begining I tried to make step by step, but I saw that things arce connected - transport, refinery operation, crude oil extraction. Is it good, or I have to change something?
