Inputs in SOCA

Hello,

I am really confused on what should be the input flows for social indicators. As far as I understand, social indicators inputs should be in working hours. But how can I value the indicators in working hours, since some of them may be qualitative data, or they are counted in different measurment units. Moreover, how do I define the risk level of each indicator? Thank you in advance!

This is explained in the PSILCA handbook e.g., you estimate the risk level for the indicator, select a corresponding elementary flow, and then assign to all social flows in one process the same worker hour amount, which, in turn, you can obtain e.g. via share of worker costs per product costs, and average hourly salary.
