it seems there is no dtdbase for bacteria, DNA or fungi databse to be used as input in openlca. where or what can be used to represent these pathogen on openlca?

I guess these are not found in any database available for any LCA tool - you should then model this yourself. Side thought: LCAs always model something that is beneficial (electricity, wood, ...) - a pathogen as such does not seem beneficial, unless in some vaccinaton settings maybe?
