System dynamics in OpenLCA

Dear GreenDelta team,

at the OpenLCA conference I have learned of the coupling of system dynamics with OpenLCA. Right now it seems that the interfaces are focussing on Stella and its file format. Is it possible to couple other System dynamics packages which are able to export Data in XML format?

Yes, we have implemented the xmile standard, but tested with Stella (and with our models created in Stella in various projects). It is in 262 also possible to make your own model in openLCA, so you do not need a classic system dynamics software any more (!). openLCA 262 is available as a snapshot, from the development folder, in the openLCA download page:

Thanks for the fast reply! I have already download the snapshot one day after its release. :) For sure I have learned of the SD functionality at the conference and was not aware of this implementation in the snapshot version.

Few days ago I have moved into that functionality and opened the model editor but I need some time to create an own model. But I think that will not be that hard.
