How can I find usable Product flows for raw materials like sugar or citric acid?

"Working with the free ELCD database in openLCA 2.6.1, I'm modeling a food product (jam) and can't find usable Product flows for raw materials like sugar or citric acid (they only appear as Elementary/Emission flows). Is this a known limitation of ELCD for food-sector inputs, or am I missing where to filter/search? Is there a recommended free database better suited for food/agricultural product modeling?"

Yes ELCD is really outdated now (and was never really complete) - we will publish a free "core" Agribalyse database without background database, you can try this. You will need to complete the supply chains with background databases though.
