Good question - I would say yes since we have a parallel cost assessment that is availbale for the entire analysis section, and therefore, even if openLCA is mostly an LCA tool, flows traveling with costs through the life cycle make costs available also at the end of the calculation, they are not leveled out and thus do not disappear in the calculation result, as products produced and consumed do.
