Hi,

so I would like to create a waste flow that shows waste of aluminum and titanium. What is the best way to proceed? I will create a waste flow and as input I will simply have titanium and aluminum? and can I also control the ratio, for example 90% aluminum and 10% titanium?

So, in LCA, a flow is simply something that enters or leaves a process. E.g., a mix of aluminium and titanium (if you do not want to separate both). You don't have an input into a flow. Just create a flow and call it "mix of aluminium and titanium" and set waste flow as type of flow. That's it.

First of all, thank you very much for the quick and efficient answer!
I meant a process and not a flow, sorry for that.
I have created a waste process that has as flow once aluminum and once titanium with different weights. I also created their provider processes by taking the elementary flows from a given aluminum and titanium process from the database.

Is it possible to calculate this way or is it completely wrong?
