After a LCA study about production of an agiculture product using CML 2001 method eutrophication was as low as zero. I woud like to find out if it is possible?

Yes, that seems indeed unlikely. Could be that you have a system modelled yourself without elementary flows, or you are using a database that does not fit to the LCIA method.
