Normalisation factors of the EF method 3.0 (adapted) in OpenLCA methods different?

Hi,

I came across this document (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11367-019-01604-y) that mentions different normalisation factors for EF method 3.0 than those I can find in the OpenLCA-downloaded EF 3.0 methods (adapted). Why is this so and where do these come from?

OpenLCA values are per capita, so divided by 6.9 billion people.

do you know why they differ from the values in the PEF documentation (specifically PEFCR guidance ANNEX B.1 – List of EF normalisation and weighting factors)?
