Carbon footprint of electronic componets

Hi,

I'm searching the carbon footprint for electronic components. Looking around, I found that the main contributions are given by the PCB and integrated circuits, but I cannot find a value to have a first estimation of the carbon footprint. Has someone got these values or can tell me where to find?

If you have an LCI database loaded with some circuit board (ecoinvent has some), you can run an LCIA with the included LCIA-methods from Nexus. This will give you the values you need.
