Hello Ashish, I suppose you can use any of the methods as long as it contains the correct impact categories to map the embodied energy and CO2 emissions. I would try the CED method (https://www.openlca.org/cumulative-energy-demand-impact-assessment-method-now-available-for-openlca/) for embodied energy. Hope this helps.
