I am currently doing an LCA analysis of a trunk however, after entering all the materials, I realised that not all materials have providers?

Do openLca function without providers?

How can I create my owns?

I'm using only free databases.

Kind regards,

openLCA "functions" without providers (i.e., makes models and calculations); with providers you can specify a default source for products on the input side of a process, and a default destination for waste flows on the output side. Providers make links unique, which is good in databases where different sources/destinations exist for the same product/waste.

To create a provider, simply create a process that produces the product / takes the waste.

Best wishes,
