Why does the required amount in the contribution tree results not matching inputs?

How can 7.621kWh be the same as 0.483231MJ?

- probably never, but the contribution tree has own direct emissions that also contribute, and shows results per branch in the supply chain, which often requires cutting of loops in the supply chain network; each branch will not have the full contribution, evidently. I am writing this somewhat blind, though, since I cannot access the harddisc of your computer where the image seems to be (C:\users\...).
