Should the categorisation of elementary flows be the same in input and output in lca analysis? For example, a chemical-X is in a process bot in input and output. For input part, I have shoosen chemical-x as elementary flow/ emission to air/ industrial, but for outpart, I have chosen chemical -x as elementary flow/ emission to soil/ agricultural. Is this correct,or do I have to choose the same?
