What is difference in the result when we choose unit process and system process ?

If I am calculating results and I have to choose process type, then how should I decide whether I go with unit process or system process. How do the results differ between the two types. Is there any major difference ?

I guess you mean for creating the product system. I think the manual is quite clear: "he next step is to choose whether to connect to a unit process or a system process if no provider is selected in the process.
