Database impot fail

Hi everyone,
I'm having a hard time importing a database or impact assessment methods in a database I created. I followed the manual instructions (and the one in option 2 of this post), but the following error keeps happening, any idea on how to fix it?

Did you validate both databases beforehand (right-click -> validate) to make sure that none of your databases is corrupt?
