Hello,
I came across the Environmental Prices Method and I want to use it to calculate external costs of production.
However, apart from the Environmental Prices Handbook by CE Delft I haven't come across any documentation how this evaluation is implemented in openLCA.
I figured that the characterization factors are based on ReciPe, however weightings to be applied are based on European Environmental prices from 2015, only.
Now I don't know if the cf are up-to-date or which version of ReCiPe is the basis (2008 or 2016).
Is there any more information provided somewhere about this method?
