Hello,

Working whith openLCA 2.6.0, I have created a product system with multiple parameter sets and would like to compare results of that product system with 2 different parameter sets.

So I created a project, with 2 times my product system. But I cannot find where to select the parameter sets in my project.

Thanks in advance,
Jocelyn

Hi :)
I am assuming you are looking for the following (see picture).

1) In your project you add the same product system twice (where the global parameter is set as an input value for some of the processes inside the product system)

2) you add the parameter and give it values depending on the scenario you want.

I hope this helps?

Cheers,

Paul

Hi Jocelyn,

I cannot tell you when exactly it will be available in openLCA, but our IT is aware of this. They even want to introduce parameters sets as stand-alone data sets. This way, it will be possible to use them not only on the product system level (possible currently), but also on the project level (manually entering parameter sets currently). And it will be possible to copy, import/export and modify the whole set in the navigation, since it will be a stand-alone data set.

Best wishes,

Hi Conrad,
Thanks for the answer, happy to read that this is on the development list.
By the way, it would be nice to have the possibility to copy-paste parameters in projects directly from spreadsheets, which I believe is not the case at the moment.

Jocelyn
