Hello everyone.

We have released an experimental version of our MCP for openLCA, which allows LLMs to communicate with openLCA.

We'd really like you all to try it, please have a go.

(Please test it on a backup database, it might destroy everything)

Great initiative Tom, although I think these early step developments need to find a good practical use case (or several ones - just adding a new cool thing to a tool does not create value by itself. It reminds me a bit of back in ~ 1995 when corel draw added a feature so that you could write emails from corel draw). But I am sure there will be good use cases for openLCA & AI.

Thanks, yes, we did add a lot of cool new things to a tool because it seemed a good idea. We will see what people do with it, how they break it, what they are using it to do... then that will help us focus it a bit better.
