Which data base would you advise for power electronics (solar inverters in particular) ?

I am ideally looking for a free one but if there is a big difference with a pay data base in terms of quality I can invest.

The right choice always depends on a lot of criteria and the specific goal and scope of your study. Therefore, it is difficult to make a pertinent recommendation. You can filter the results on https://nexus.openLCA.org by database (and other criteria).

Unfortunately, paid databases are usually more comprehensive and often of better quality (consistency, documentation, etc.).
