As with all LCA, you should select the impact categories to be relevant to the goal and scope of your study - particularly the goal. European standard EN15804 includes some impact categories and characterisation factors to be applied to construction products when Environmental Product Declarations are produced. But they may not all be relevant to the building LCA you're doing.
