I would like to ask, I want to develop some database by using data of waste.
I have data of waste quantity (kg), waste composition (%), Landfill capacity (Ha), local citizen information (population), etc. Is it okay to develop scenario if I have only 2-3 years of previous data (from local government) because to obtain data (complete) is very difficult and mostly not recorded/ write.
How to develop any kind of scenario of waste management, for example by using composting or incineration mechanism? or perhaps, how to set scenario the level of community involvement with waste management?
is there any guide or recommendation link of it? would you mind to explain to me further detail?
