in openLCA yes, but for the exiobase it is maybe more "natural" to use Euro since this is the originally used currency in the database. If you want the end result in USD, you can edit the flow property to also contain USD, with a conversion factor, for the final process delivering the quantitative reference. For all product flows, it is obviously better to do this with a script.
