openLCA crashes when adding trying to add a flow on macOS

I have been using the software successfully for several months, but now I get the same error message from macOS every time I try to add a flow. It gives me the spinning wheel for a few minutes, then "crashes unexpectedly".

Hi, maybe this is too simple but could it be that your harddisc is full?
