How can I open undamaged "openLCA" from newest Mac OS release?

When I attemped to open the downloaded zip file openLCA 1.11.0 tar.gz-archive: openLCA_macOS_1.11.0_2022-02-09.tar.gz the following message appeared: “openLCA” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

I'm using macOS Mojave 10.14.6.

Any suggestions?

Correct, the macOS security settings do not allow to run openLCA by default anymore as it is not a signed application. Here are the steps described to fix this for the current version: https://github.com/GreenDelta/olca-app/issues/152
