I need to use the amount of a product of a process as a parameter to calculate the energy consumption of the process it self.

The problem is that the process always consume the same amount of energy independently of the amount of product produced as long it is between 1 and 10 items, if it needs to produce more the process double the energy consumption from the 11 to the 20 items produced and so on.

I need a way to model the fact that the energy consumption is not linear with the number of item produced but is discrete with "steps" every 10 item produced.

If i could use a flow quantity as a parameter for a process that would solve it, or there is another way around?

Thank you!
