Provider Market difference between APOS, S - GLO and APOS, U - GLO

I have updated the ecoinvent database to v3.8 and am changing the providers. However instead of APOS, U - GLO, used in v3.7 there seems to be only APOS, S - GLO. What is the difference between the two?
