How to share econinvent database with research staff

My professor recently purchased the educational multi-user perpetual license for ecoinvent from OpenLCA Nexus and would like to share it with me so I can use it in my project. What is the best way of doing that? Can she just download and share it with me via a shared folder or online link like WeTransfer or is there a way of doing it from within OpenLCA?

Hi, we have the share option in Nexus, but it is not very handy for an entire team or for all students in a lecture - often, universities put the database in a secured folder in their intranet, so this is probably the best choice also for you.

If it is only between you and your professor, you could indeed register in Nexus though, and then your professor needs to request in Nexus to share the database with you.
