I had a strange result in my last assessment. I used the process:
treatment of municipal solid waste, incineration | municipal solid waste | EN15804, LCI from the EN15804 add-on. This process gives negative impacts, per kg material incinerated. I used the EN15804+A2 impact assessment method, with EcoInvent 3.9.1. I tried other impact assessment methods with the same result.
The strange thing is, when i calculated the U process, the results were much more credible, and like other waste incineration processes i know of. Why would there be a difference between the LCI process impacts and the U process impacts?
