migration of database from version 3.8.1 with addon EN15804 to 3.9.1 with addon EN15804?

we have a database 3.8.1 EN15804 add on database with a lot of own dataset.
how can we move to 3.9.1 (or 3.10.1) with EN15804 add on without losing any own dataset?

There is document called "Guideline to update user models". You can find it here:

in the Documents tab, as far as i know this is the best solution.
