Why does the IPCC 2021 v2.3.2 impact method not have carbon dioxide biogenic characterization factors?

Hi there,
I noticed that the IPCC 2013 impact method in the v2.3.2 openLCA LCIA method pack has characterization factors for "carbon dioxide, biogenic" while the IPCC 2021 impact method does not. Why is this?
Thank you,
