Is CO2 caused by carbonate decomposition related to land use? For example, calcination of limestone leads to CO2.

I changed your question to make it better readable - yes, sure, therefore you have climate change contribution from land use change (and less so, from land occupation); it can also be negative contribution (if soil is built etc.).
