Is it possible to do an LCA for a product only focusing at the "grave" stage? that is the disposal stage

If one is interested in determining the environmental impact of e-waste from Solar PV can one look at the disposal stage only without considering the cradle stages? Given their main area of focus is the impact of accumulation of the e-waste upon panels reaching their end of life (EoL) phase or even becoming unfunctional before they reach EoL
