I would like to extract from open LCA an excel table with each row representing a process (or an activity) and each column an impact category (so the results after running the calculations), as ecoinvent propose.

How can I do that in open LCA?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,
you can do it for the whole database (background and foreground) with the db_calc script offered here: https://nexus.openlca.org/utility/Special%20Python%20Scripts.

You can even vary the impact assessment method as you wish. Have a look at the documentation here: https://nexus.openlca.org/ws/files/35087

Thanks Jonas, so if I understand it well there is no way to do it for free, right?

The excel export from a product system calculation is a bit similar to the ecoinvent excel I think, but it contains more sheets, maybe start from there?

edit in response to your comment: I meant the excel export for product system calculation results:

But Jonas' answer below is fitting better to what you need I think.

Dear Mr Ciroth, thanks a lot for your answer, from what I understood (and maybe I am misusing the function) you can only export in one excel file the data for one product so it would creat one separate file per product and I can never see the entire model and its products in one sheet, is that correct?
