Hello Team OPEN LCA,

As a regular user of OPEN LCA, I really enjoy using and exploring this software. I've recently discovered a couple of issues I wanted to bring to your attention.

First, when I calculate the environmental impacts of a process, the values can be easily and accurately exported to an Excel sheet via "copy and paste." However, this method does not work as well if I save the calculation as a result in OPEN LCA and then copy and paste the values into an Excel sheet. For some reason, the data transfer seems to confuse the decimal points.

Another issue I've noticed is that when I export the inputs of a process to Excel, the locations of providers don't appear in the provider column, even though they are visible in OPEN LCA within the names of the providers. The only workaround I've found is to explicitly write the locations in the corresponding column in OPEN LCA, so they appear in the Excel sheet after exporting. I find this a bit burdensome.

I have attached two screenshots to describe the issues. I hope these bugs can be fixed.

Best regards,

Vinh

Hi Vinh,
Are you using the latest version of openLCA (2.2.0)?
I am not able to reproduce any of these issues.
Regards,
François
