Import of Ecoinvent database from GaBi (LCA For Expert) to OpenLCA

Hello,

I have the Ecoinvent database in .GaBiDB format. I exported it from GaBi in ILCD format and then reimported it into OpenLCA. When I click on validate, I get a table with warning messages, particularly about my units. For example, I have the following lines: 

Data set: Unit of mass; Message: duplicate unit name or synonym: g

Data set: Units of mass; Message: duplicate unit name or synonym: g

I think the problem is that the data set is named once in the singular (unit) and once in the plural (units). How can this problem be resolved? As these are warnings and not errors, is it possible to use the database without solving the problem?

Hi, I really recommend to use the ecoinvent versions prepared by us at Nexus. You do not need to buy the license again but only a registration fee. Otherwise you lose a lot and it remains tinkering. And you support us and the development of openLCA as well.
