If there is no ecoinvent dataset on hand that has secondary material for a specific material class, how do I best account for this under the cut-off method?
Do I just include a dummy flow called "secondary material", and run a sensitivity analysis for not capturing the burden of collection, transportation, and cleaning/processing?
If I have data for percentages of both pre- and post-consumer RC, do I include two (2) dummy flows in my process?
Furthermore, it seems that there is more of an emphasis on post-consumer recycled content in ecoinvent 3.8. Is there something that I am missing around pre-consumer modeling?
