Dear all,
in an aluminium cast process a certain amount of material remains in the crucible, which is sold for remelting. In my opinion the burden of treatment belongs to my process chain. But in other publications (e.g. in a presentation at OpenLCA conference 25) the usage of recycling content by other product systems shows advantageous impact (negative values) to the process chain.
Are those negative values caused by the concept of system expansion?
