Once I have created a product system, any changes I make to the process it is linked to are not reflected in the product system (I can see this when adding a new parameter to the final project - any new parameter added to the process will return values of zero in the project calculation). Refreshing/saving/opening or closing doesn't change this.

Am I missing something?

If this is correct and it is by design, is there any way to change it? It is a huge hassle to have to re-enter all my parameters in the projects, especially since there is no way to copy and past these values between projects.

You cannot change everything in processes that are part of a product system, e.g. not remove flows that are connecting to other processes, but anything you can change is reflected once you save the process and reload the product system, also parameters. You will need to add newly added process parameters to the product system or project, since product systems and projects do not use automatically all parameters of the processes that are part of the product system, but only a user-defined subset. I would not see a way how the user-selection of new parameters could be skipped (if this was your question)? If not all process parameters are automatically entered in a product system of course?

I have the same problem, I have created a product sytem from the corresponding process but I have now after consideration added a flow to the process. The new flow does not show up in the model graph of the product system even after I click refresh or close and reload. Also the calculation does not reflect the newly added input. Is this a glitch and how can I change that?

I assume the flow is shown in the process but does not have a supply chain linked to it? You can add the supply chain then manually, right-click on the flow and select build supply chain. You can then specify the "usual" connection settings (prefer default provider etc.). Good luck!
