what do I need to do to get the results in process importrt from SIMAPRO?

We are trying to import a process made on SimaPro into OpenLCA 2.5. We have tried exporting the process in csv by SIMAPRO, but several times we have experienced problems.
The best result (seems) is obtained exporting from SimaPro the process. When we import in CSV, we can see the process full of the correct in/out and also the elementary flows and all the others flow complete (it is a system process). 

However, when we try to calculate the impact, using both the LCIA Methods 2.7.5 provided by nexus and the Ecoinvent 3.3, the resulting is 0 to almost all the environmental impact. 

The database used in SimaPro is the Ecoinvent 3.9.

My question is what do I need to do to get the results? or how can I solve this problem.

I see, if it is the entire ecoinvent database, you should purchase a license registration from Nexus. Next time, buy the license or maintenance from Nexus directly, you will also get acess to ecoquery if you have currently access.
