how can i download the free ecoinvent database i have got

Recently I have gotten access to the free ecoinvent database; however, whenever I try to download any database from what I was provided, it keeps on stopping in the middle of the procedure. I can't say the internet is the cause because I have good internet access. What could be the possible reason for this interruption?

not sure what you mean by "what I was provided" but from Nexus it should work if you have a good connection?

What I meant by "provided" is I asked for the free usage of ecoinvent for Educational Multi-User in a low- and low-middle-income country, and I was granted the access to that. However, when I try to download it from the Nexus, it gets interrupted and stops in the middle of the process of downloading. I am facing this issue only with ecoinvent. And my internet connection is good; I don't think the strength could be a problem.
