When you create an account on openLCA Nexus, you can access for free specific versions of databases under "Downloads": Agribalyse, BioEnergieDat, ELCD, Environmental Footprints, exiobase, LCA Commons USDA, NEEDS, OzLCI, Worldsteel

For the downloads, you need to create an account first. I would also try to check the spam-folders of the email provider to find the account registration mail or the password reset mail.
