I ordered licence for non OECD Educational user database but it shows to me that order received what is next ?

Did you attatched any form or any proof of non OECD / Educational user?

Next is that ecoinvent replies to our database order, and then we make this available to the user. It is btw. easier if you order from Nexus and not first from ecoinvent.
