PENRM & PENRM return 0s in ecoinvent 3.11

Question

Greetings.

I wonder why when running on ecoinvent 3.11 + EN 15804+A2 add-on, I always receive 0s for the two materials indicators PENRM and PERM?

It seems the issue does not appear on 3.10.
