about software update

Question

Hi, could the openLCA software be provided with a "check for updates" function and an automatic update download feature? This would enable users to update to the latest version immediately, enjoy the latest features and functionalities, and enhance the user experience. We look forward to it.

Hi, thank you for the suggestion - yes indeed, for now we do not implement it as this would require the software to check and thus reach out. What do others think?

seems like a good idea :) but already a manual check for updates would be handy. I don't think this currently exists..(?)
