OpenLCA 2.6.0 – “Failed to create the part’s controls” on startup

Hi everyone,

I’ve just installed openLCA 2.6.0 (latest version) and I’m getting the following error immediately after starting the program (see screenshot):

“Failed to create the part’s controls”

The application opens, but the main view doesn’t load properly.

I have tried to delete and re-install it, without any success. 
Any hints or troubleshooting steps would be much appreciated.

This shows that the application is not complete - either due to a heavy crash (computer power lost while openLCA writes to the database) or, and more likely in your case, an imcomplete download - retry the download again and restart openLCA afterwards. Thank you!
