Why are my LCA results inflated when I connect my processes into a product system?

I am modeling a process in openLCA 2.5 using ecoinvent 3.12 and ReCiPe 2016 midpoint (H). when I connect the processes and create the product system, some impact results become unexpectedly high.

I would upgrade to 2.7 and you need to post some examples / images. Of course impacts get higher than in the first process when you calculate the life cycle with a product system.
