What have i done wrong?

Well, a lot ;)

First, your steps are incomplete. I assume you did not only download the installer but also run it on your computer to actually install. Why did you start with ecoinvent 391 which is 5 years old? "launched latest database (ecoinvent 3.5)" - we are at 3.12 now.

PROBLEM: I go to select providers and it is blank.

What do you mean?

I tend to think you are a bot. If not, my apologies.
