He seems to have an error in the Quebec electricity mix in the Ecoinvent 3.5 verion

With the method of IPCC 2013

market for electricity, low voltage | electricity, low voltage | Cutoff, U CA-QC V3.5 = 7 g CO2 éq./kWh

market for electricity, low voltage | electricity, low voltage | Cutoff, U CA-QC V3.4 = 19 g CO2 éq./kWh

market for electricity, low voltage | electricity, low voltage | Cutoff, U CA-QC V3.5 Simapro= 22 g CO2 éq./kWh

What exactly does this have to do with the IPCC method? The amount of CO2 will be defined in the process, or not? We will cross-check with the original ecoinvent data as this is normative (not SimaPro). Thanks for the hint.

The carbon footprint electricity mix of Québec is 20.72 g eq. CO2 / kWh (CIRAIG 2014)

http://www.hydroquebec.com/developpement-durable/centre-documentation/taux-emission-ges.html
"Pour calculer ces dernières émissions, elles doivent utiliser le taux de 20,72 g éq. CO2/kWh."

there is a problem with the electric mix of the qc in ecoinvent 3.5.zolca
