Does OpenLCA provide LCA services for individuals

Hello i am involved in a project which requires LCA of a desalination plant in Oman. I have some of the inventory input to be used in OpenLCA but can be estimated using common or previous studies. My question is does openLCA team helps in preparing LCA assessment as a service and if so does it provide the final OpenLCA file for modification if necessary
